Barcelona Nightlife is very varied and attracts people from all walks of life. Along with the tourists, you will find students and bohemians enjoying what the city has to offer in the evenings.
On a visit to the city, you will be astounded at the variety of different types of entertainment that are on offer. One can spend time at a more traditional Spanish fiesta or take in an opera. For others who would like something a little more different then why not get tickets for a drag show instead.
There are various areas of the city which at night become extremely lively and the most often visited are the Barri Gotic Old Quarter which is where you will find one of the most popular clubs in the city. The Rita Blue club in Plaza Agusti which contains a bar and restaurant along with a nightclub. Whether you want a quiet drink or a Mexican meal this is the place to go.
Another area, which is bustling both during the day and at night, is to be found in the harbour region of the city known as Maremagnum. Here there is a fantastic shopping center that has a 12-screen cinema, which shows English films with Spanish sub-titles. In addition, you will find here every kind of bar imaginable to have a drink and just sit and relax.
But if you would like to do something a little different and a bit more exciting then why not visit one of the numerous Salsa clubs in this area and have a go.
